I have sought Emily's services as a Realtor when selling a home and when finding a home to lease. I found that in both cases, she showed a comprehensive knowledge of the market, the areas and the process. Despite the fact I've been involved in the buying and selling of homes numerous times in the past, she was able to educate me on numerous idiosyncrasies that are specific to this state, county and city. She was able to very effectively provide guidance to me on appropriate pricing, timing and staging of my home, and able to clearly communicate to me the reasons behind that guidance.
